Attic: The attic has been converted into a bedroom with sleeping for three people. Built in closest have utilized the space to give plenty of storage. Also to the front of the property there is a small balcony which again gives sea views.

San Nicola is sandwiched between Praia a Mare to the north and Scalea to the south. Both holiday resorts on a bigger scale.
